owners or owners on an extended vacation.
Living in Destin
since 2004, founder and owner, Fawn Cougot, is from Texas
where she owned an industrial fastener company. A member of the Destin
Chamber of Commerce and a Florida licensed Realtor for Crye-Leike
Coastal Realty, she has owned and managed her own rental
properties since 2003. She is a member of the Northwest Tennis
Ladies Association and plays on the Bluewater Bay Tennis Team.
Fawn experienced first hand, after having a water leak, the
inconvenience and cost that being an absentee owner of a second home
can be. She has recognized the need for such a service after
seeing the majority of homeowners live miles away and find it
impossible to physically look after their investments.
